Refund Policy
• A full refund of the training fee will be issued only if the student is unable to access the training content due to a technical issue that is verifiably caused by the MetaMindsNetwork Operations team.
• The Pre-Registration amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, as the training slot is confirmed upon registration.
• However, students may transfer their confirmed slot to a friend or acquaintance who wishes to take the training in their place. The new participant must be willing to pay the remaining balance for the slot. No additional fees will be charged for this transfer.
